Established in 1889, New Departure is still famous for its ball bearings.  Most well known by bicycles enthusiasts for its coaster brakes as its brakes are still plentiful.  This handbook has tables, formulae, load computations, and bearing installation stuffed inside this handy booklet.  Published in 1939.  Book has some masking tape to reinforce the spine.  Book is signed by  Leo Klimer, 1940
